Jannat v/s Kashmir

Abdul Ahad Azad describing #Kashmir :

ونۓ صاف کیاہ صاف ونہ نس چُھ عٲب

یہ جنّت چُھ دیدن سُہ جنّت چُھ غٲب

یہ جنّت أچھن تل سُہ گومُت کنن

یہ سونُے وطن نُند بونُے وطن

Wanai saaf, kyah saaf wanne-nas chhu aaeb,

Yi jannat chhu deedan, su jannat chhu gaaeb.

Yi jannat aechhan tal, su gomut kannan,

Yi sonui watan, nund-bonui watan.

Let me speak plainly—there’s no fault in truth laid bare,

This paradise is in plain sight, that one hidden somewhere.

This heaven stands before our eyes, that heaven echoes in tales,

This is our homeland, our beautiful homeland (of vales).
